The dispensary will be closed on Friday 22^nd May and will re-open on Tuesday 26^th May. The whole surgery will be closed on the bank holiday, Monday 25^th May.

Please ensure any medications due over this weekend are requested and collected from the dispensary before Friday 22^nd, allowing 4 full working days’ notice from request to collection.

The dispensary will be relocated to half of the office behind the reception desk during this time. The reception back office has been moved upstairs.

From Tuesday 26^th May the dispensary hatch will temporarily be the right-hand side of the reception desk. By the beginning of June, the new hatch will be open and located in the Self-Monitoring room – on the left when you walk into the surgery.

The Self-Monitoring room will be relocated to an area of the waiting room.

The other half of the office behind the reception desk will become a new consulting room, as will the current dispensary room.

We plan to carry out the most disruptive work at weekends but apologise for any noise or inconvenience during opening hours throughout this time.
